We offer flexible terms and the monthly charge includes:

With a month to month dedicated coworking desk at COG in Crows Nest you get:

COG work+space is about creating a community and offers dedicated desks on a month-to-month basis and a range of individual private office suites on a longer term, all with shared facilities. Unfortunately we don’t offer casual hot-desking or daily/weekly options.
Yes, we provide you and your team with secure 24/7 access to your workspace, the meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge areas
Our workspaces include secure wifi access to our fibre internet with no limit to the number of devices connected.
Ground floor members have access to printing and scanning facilities whilst Level 2 members need to provide their own printer which can be connected easily via the wifi.
Each workspace is supplied furnished up to the maximum occupancy level stipulated for each suite.
What about part-timers or people job-sharing? Not a problem, for a small monthly membership you can add additional members as long as the maximum number of people at desks in your suite isn’t exceeded at any one time.
We find most of our members prefer to use their mobiles. But, if you think you need a landline, we can assist by providing one through our phone system. This will give you a dedicated landline telephone number (additional costs apply). Unfortunately members are unable to arrange any cabling to facilitate their own phone systems.
