Rent+ is simply the way we describe our hassle free way of occupying office workspace. We believe it provides a cost-effective solution, giving you the things you really need to support the running of your business without the things you probably don’t.

We offer lease terms shorter than traditionally available and the monthly rent includes:

+ Your own private furnished workspace

+ Secure 1000mps Hi-speed Wifi Internet

+ Free use of shared meeting room

+ Lounge area

+ Use of kitchen facilities

+ Air conditioning

Cleaning and Electricity is a separate monthly charge agreed at the outset.

Yes, we provide you and your team with secure 24/7 access to your workspace, the meeting room, kitchen and lounge area

Our office workspaces include secure wifi access to our 1000mbps fibre. Each workspace has its own unique login and there is no limit to the number of devices connected. 

If you require print facilities you will need to provide your own printer which can be connected easily via the wifi.

Each workspace is leased and furnished on an agreed occupancy basis up the the maximum stipulated for each suite.

What about part-timers or people job-sharing? Not a problem, as long as the maximum number of people isn’t exceeded at any one time.

Yes, we can provide a landline phone if required. This will give you a dedicated landline telephone number (handset is provided at additional monthly cost). 

COG is set up to provide a range of individual private office suites with shared facilities so doesn’t offer a coworking setup with single dedicated desks or hot-desking solution.
